Yes, it's true. I'm one of "those people." The kind who fill up your inbox with random photos, links, forwards - though I refuse to perpetuate the "if you don't send this to 14 people in 5 minutes your ears will fall off" types of forwards. I have standards you know. I've created this blog to share my favorite "wastes of time" with the world!
My friend Jennifer snapped this photo at LA's Christmas Parade this weekend. It's a pickle balloon. Because nothing says "Happy Holidays" like a Christmas pickle.

This is not a pickle. It's Larry the Cucumber from VeggieTales, a kids cartoon. You would like his "Silly Songs with Larry" DVD.

Ok.. so, I was telling my sister about the "Christmas Pickle"/Larry the Cucumber discussion, and she told me that there really is a "Christmas Pickle" and that she has one on her tree.
